Instructions for online presentations (regardless of presentation format)
Please join the designated Zoom room about 10-15 minutes before the actual session starts.
Please test your microphone and screen sharing. If you plan to play sound samples from your computer, make sure they can be heard in Zoom as well.
Instructions for oral presentations
Oral presentations should be a maximum of 15 minutes, followed by 5 minutes for questions and answers.
A projector (16:9 aspect ratio) and computer with audio output will be available for the presenters. Presenters who wish to use their own laptops are kindly asked to contact the Organisers in advance to test compatibility with the projector. However, using a personal laptop is not recommended.
Presenters are also requested to contact the Organisers to copy the final version of their presentation (in PPT or PDF format) via USB stick at the latest 30 minutes before their session begins.
For any special equipment requests related to oral presentations, please contact the Organisers at specom@inf.u-szeged.hu no later than 2 weeks before the conference.
FOR POSTER PRESENTATIONS
Poster presentations will be shown in landscape orientation, A0 size (approximately 120 x 90 cm).
Poster printing will be arranged by the conference organizers. To facilitate this, poster presenters are kindly asked to submit their posters in e-mail (in EPS or PDF format) to specom@inf.u-szeged.hu. no later than one week before the conference, i.e., by 6th October, 08:00 CET.
Each poster should be briefly introduced by the presenter in a 2–3 minute "poster rally" talk, held at the beginning of the poster session.
Poster presenters are required to be present at their poster board (for in-person attendees) or on the designated online platform (for virtual presenters) during the scheduled time of their poster session.
